Alexander ("Allie") Tepper, PhD, CVA, has 25 years of professional experience across finance, design and policy. Since 2014, he has been advising boards and executive teams at services firms on financial and management issues.
He currently leads the capital strategy, ownership transition and valuation practice at Morrissey Goodale, where he has advised more than 100 AEC firms from 20 to 2,000+ employees on capital allocation strategies, ownership programs, internal stock transitions, valuations and board strategy.
He is a formerly licensed architect with operating experience as CFO of a New York design-build firm. He holds a BA in Physics cum laude from Princeton University, a PhD in Economics from the University of Oxford and an MArch from Columbia University, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
